Design studio
Whilst we have worked hard to give our design software as many easy options where possible, it doesn’t cater for everything. Let us know if you want a design but can’t create it and we will be able to set it up.

Text Design Help
Type your text into the box on the right and it will appear on the t-shirt Use the options to style the text as you want it Our maximum for text is 340mm to a 2” letter- if your text wraps over onto the next line on the T-shirt then that is how it will be printed. Your print will be the same as the picture on your order page - make sure what you see is what you want! Text designs are printed in vinyl

Backgrounds / Transparency
We can print images using the designer above onto white or ash grey coloured garments. If your image has a white background and is a simple design we will die-cut around the image and remove the white background for you.

Filename
Please ensure that your filename has no spaces or non-alphanumeric characters in it.

Size
We have a maximum of 500kb for upload images

Dimensions
Our design software will indicate if you need to scale your image down to fit our maximum printed area.

Quality
If we find that your uploaded image is of insufficient quality to print well we will contact you and give you the opportunity to supply a higher resolution file. If this is not possible, we will simply cancel the order with no charges.

Copyright
It is illegal to reproduce unlicensed trademarks or logos, or any other copyright material (unless you are the copyright holder) Responsibility for determining copyright ownership lies entirely with you. We cannot accept any responsibility for breach of copyright. Our pre-designed T-Shirts are our own artwork designs using fonts and images from our licenced graphic software and no infringement of copyright law is intended, These designs were created in our own unique style.

Discounts
Orders of 15 or more automatically receive a discount when ordered through this website. The garments don’t have to be the same - any combination of the garments will receive the following discounts: 20+ garments receive a 15% discount.15-20 garments receive 10% discount.

All payment will go through the Paypal system

Delivery
There is FREE delivery over 10 garment. Orders are usually sent within 5 working days of receipt We can deliver world wide Bulk orders may take longer. Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail First class which typically means arrival the next day. Larger orders 10 or more shirts, 5 or more hoodies are sent by courier. Please contact us for more information if you are concerned about delivery times for your order. Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

What we do with the information you give us
We ask you for your name, e-mail address, postal address. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. When you write to us by e-mail, whether for queries, feedback or other reasons, we will retain your E-mail address. We may use it in future to notify you about upcoming promotions and special offers, Or about technology matters in connection with our site which we think may be of interest to you. We will not share, rent, sell or trade your personal information with any other third party.
